Desert Sparrow are a Los Angeles-based folk rock band hailing from the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia. Kylie Adams and Dave Carreno began their musical journey together by playing 60’s & 70’s covers at neighborhood open mic nights in early 2013 before forming their own creative path into songwriting. Their foot-stomping, tambourine-beating, bluesy guitar riffs and acoustic folk arrangements draws inspiration from such bands as Fleetwood Mac, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Kings of Leon, and Angus & Julia Stone.      @DesertSparrowx
